Track and Trace - You will be kept informed via email and SMS when the item leaves our warehouse. If we are not able to deliver your order, or if there will be a significant delay in delivering your order, we will attempt to contact you. Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from iLoveShopping, however we understand if this is not always case. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. To return an item you can
1. Print a Label at home using www.returnmyshopping.ie and bring the package to the Post Office - Cost €4.50
2. You can organise to return your purchase, all from your smartphone, by downloading the ReturnPal app (Collection or Bring to Post Office) - Cost €4.50
In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, we will accept goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging. Please note, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. We process refunds daily. However please not that it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to show up on your statement due to the banks processing time.
Change or Cancel Orders:
Please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01 2042749 between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please be ready to quote your order number. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours by phone or email so we can collect and resend.
iLoveShopping will take back WEEE on a one for one like for like basis free of charge.
Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
